Our On-Ramp program is an introductory course for those interested in CrossFit. The course consists of two one-on-one sessions and one free month of CrossFit. This program will introduce participants to the CrossFit methodology in a friendly setting. Our coaching staff will take participants through the fundamental movements used in CrossFit daily training. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid foundation of the movements and good idea of what CrossFit is all about!
