Green Foods

This probaby the most vast and obvious color to choose from. Tons of great options but I will outline a few standouts:

Avocado- excellent source of fat, vitamin E, lutein

Kale- vitamin C,K, A. Cancer fighting antioxidants

Brussels Sprouts- vitamins A & C, folate, potassium

Edamame Beans- protein, powers cholesterol

Basil- vitamin K, iron, anti-inflammatory

Seaweed- iron, iodine, vitamin B12,

Green Pepper- vitamin C, beta carotene, vitamin K

Spinach- iron, calcium, magnesium, bone health
