A. Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds:

   6 RDLS + 10-8-6-4-2 Strict HSPU's*

*first round do 10, second round 8, and so on

B. 6 Rounds:

    8 Pullups

    4 Deadlifts (275/185)

    2 Wall Walks 

Endurance 

Every 3 minutes for 10 Rounds

400m Run

The goal is run every 400m at the exact same pace. Pace should be moderate plus. Round will be the bench mark for subsequent rounds
