Are you Fulfilling your Membership?
Each month (or 3 months) each member renews their membership and makes the decision to continue to train at CFR. I want each of you to know that every time this happens, we as a staff are honored to have you back over and over again!
When you renew that membership there are two unspoken promises being made. One, is from us to you. We promise to honor the schedule, be on time as coaches, and to do our very best to coach each and every member in each and every class. If we are not doing a great job of this, please let us know.
The second promise is from you to us. This promise is that you will train the amount of days you have chosen for that week. Each member's intent should be to fulfill their membership to their best ability. I am not asking for perfect attendance; simply to strive for it. In other words, we WANT you to be in the gym. This is not necessarily the case with most larger corporate gym models.
Just a friendly reminder to invest in yourself and get the most out of every day, every month and every year you train at CFR!
