Here are some comments from one of our members who did the 50-Day Nutrition Challenge earlier this year.

50 Day Challenge: Lessons Learned 

Pay attention to iron and calcium intake

It's possible and not that hard to replace gluten with other types of carbs with better nutrients such as lentils, beans, sweet potatoes

Many grains such as chia, sesame, etc provide several nutrients

Learned that many fruits and vegetables have even more vitamin C than oranges

I discovered good new recipes while trying to eat from the list provided

I discovered and just started a new supplement, spirulina, to increase iron intake

I eat more greens than before and got it in my routine for shopping and cooking

It required some discipline to enter all meals into cronometer but it encouraged me to eat clean
