A. Every 2 minutes for 6 rounds:

       Deadlift

8x55, 6x60, 4x70, 3x75, 3x80, 4x75%

B. 12 minute AMRAP:

   20 Wall Balls (25/16)

   10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)  

Tomorrow is Day 1 of the 50-Day Challenge! I am so excited for this challenge to begin. For those that are signed up, make sure you've filled out the assessment form provided. Also, begin keeping score starting tomorrow.
