B. 3 Rounds:

    35 Wall Balls 

    400m Run 

    Rest 3 minutes

Pick a wall ball you can go unbroken with, all 3 rounds

Cost: $25

What to expect: Ninety minutes of drill work and instruction on increasing the efficiency of the double under. Depending on where you are in the DU learning process you can expect to:

1. Get your first ever DU

2. String together consecutive DU's

3. String together multiple DU's (more than 10)

4. Fine tune existing DU's to minimize fatigue and maximize efficiency in the a given WOD

5. Perfect the fundamentals of jumping rope that you can take with you outside the workshop
