Hey Guys, so we've gotten a few questions about the Homework. First, if the movement in the HW conflicts with movements in the WoD, it's okay to do a different HW session that aligns with the WoD. Second, it's okay to do 2 sessions in one day if you know you'll miss training sessions later in the week. Lastly, we kindly ask that members attending the 6am, noon or 7pm classes do their HW before class or in a timely fashion at the end of the class. This is so our coaches at that hour are not held up at the gym if they need to leave right after the hour. Thanks guys and good luck!
