A. Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds:

B. Every 4 minutes for 6 rounds (3 each) alternate between:

1. 20/15 Cal Row

   12 Shoulder to OH (135/95)

2. 20 KB Swings (53/35)

    12 Burpees over Bar   

you will have 2 scores by the end of the this. For ex, if my splits for couplet 1 is: 2:15, 2:15, 2:15, my score for couplet 1 would be 6:45.

 

Endurance

Every 6 minutes for 5 Rounds:

800m Run

Max Double Unders until the 5 minute mark
