Hey guys!!  I'm proud to announce a new meal prep service will be available to all the members of CrossFit Redondo.  For the past few months I've been working with a great local chef named Jen Doucette to create "Forkable Meals".  Similar to Paleo Nick and Brian's Bowls, this new service will provide meals to the gym on a weekly basis which will be available for purchase.  Each meal abides by the parameters outlined in Ryan's Pristein Program.  To get things rolling we will be offering free samples of the meals on Monday January 30th (starting at the noon class... while supplies last).  There will be coolers by the whiteboard with the meals in them...  grab one of each (there will be three menu items in trial sizes) and take them home. After you've tried them, let us know what you think!  The information and feedback will help us finalize the menu, packaging and logistics.  We hope to be up and running by mid-February.  Thanks!
