A. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
Front Squat x 2
60, 70, 80, 85, 85, 85
B. Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes (10 rounds):
10 Wall Balls (25/16)*
30 DU's (50 singles)
*use a ball that will challenge you for 10 reps. Guys with excellent wall balls use 30, ladies use 20
**your score is the # of rounds you complete under one minute. So if you do all rounds under a minute, your score is 10. If you do not complete a round in under a minute, you still have until the 2 minute mark to complete the round.
Optional but encouraged for the Nutrition Program: find out your blood type. There are a few ways to do this.
1. Ask your primary care physician. They may have it on file
2. Go to your primary care physician and ask them to do a blood test
3. Donate blood
4. Ask your mom
