A. Use 5 minutes to establish maximum consecutive DU's

     *if you cannot link them, your workout is a 5 minute max of total DU's

B. 20 minute AMRAP:

     50 DU's

     15 Pullups

    30 Pushups

     15 Thrusters (95/65)
