Dick Haynes did his first MQ workout tonight. He crushed it! Dick will be doing the above WOD at 3pm tomorrow if anyone wants to come and cheer him on. He will take Saturday off and then do WOD 1 on Sunday around noon. He will do his one rep max Deadlift on Monday
