Another unbelievable Open Saturday this past weekend. At first Steph and I predicted it may be a light showing because so many members did the workout on Friday. I'm glad we were wrong; the gym was loud with support for each member who threw down. Let's keep the momentum going for 16.3 next weekend!

If you wish to redo 16.2 tomorrow, go for it! Every member that has redone has PR'ed

Just a reminder about Sundays. If you would like to do/redo an Open workout please come in at 11am during open gym. We want to give the gymnastics class the space needed to run a full a class. Thanks!
