A. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

2x(Power Clean + Front Squat)

B. 10 minutes, to see how far you can go:

    25 Power Cleans (95/65)

    25 Box Jumps (24/20)

    25 Power Snatches

    25 Box Jumps (24/20)

    25 Front Squats (95/65)

    25 Box Jumps (24/20)

*if you finish the last 25 box jumps, walk over to the assault bike and ride as hard as possible until the 10 minutes is up :)

The Open Plan

I've been getting a lot of questions about the Open this year, which starts on February 25th. Here is the tentative plan: we are going to have a sign up sheet for our in house Open competition this year. We absolutely encourage you to sign up for the Open on games.crossfit.com, where you will be able to compete with around half a million other CrossFitters worldwide. However, this year, if you choose not to sign for the Open, you can still sign up our friendly (kind of) in house competition.

This year we will have 5 different teams. Myself, Rob, Steph, Stacey and Joshua will captain a team and we will compete together as a gym. 

Team Rob is the incumbent defending champions, so the other captains will be looking to steal the title away from him! 

We will have our big Open gatherings on Saturdays from 9 till noon. More info to come as we approach late February
