A. Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

    Deadlift 5x65, 3x70, 3x75, 2x80, 2x85, 2x90

B. Every 90s for 6 minutes:

    5 Deadlifts @ 75% + 10 Strict HSPU

 

C. 3 Rounds of:

    10 Chest to Bar Pullups

    10 Ground to OH (135/95)

     10 Burpees over the Bar

 

Endurance

Every 90s for 30 minutes

1. 20/14 Cal Row

2. 60 DU's

3. 200m Run

4. 45s of Burpees to a 6" target
