Each member establishes a 1RM Power Clean

-while members accumulate max rep burpees over the bar. Burpees are added to max weights in pounds for a grand total

Event 2

Athlete 1 Runs Shuttle Run 200m

while Athlete's 2 + 3 Push/Pull Sled

Repeat until all 3 athletes have run twice
