       12 Deadlfits 

      9 Hang Power Cleans

       6 Shoulder to OH 

155/105 for barbell movements


Hey gang, so for the next few weeks expect a number of drop-ins joining us for classes while the Games are going on. Some classes might be a lottle more crowded than you're accustomed to, but it's a good chance to workout with people from all over the world. Also, it would go a long way to introduce yourself to these visitors. Many of them are using vacation time to visit the South Bay, workout and see the Games.

Expect some new Games used toys at the gym once things settle down!
