8 Back Squats w high elbows (95/65)

8 Wide Stance GM (95/65)

12 Kipping HSPU (or strict with pike/box)

A.Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

Front Squat X 5 @75%

B.  4 Rounds:

    20  Pushups

    10 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)



Due to low Friday attendance, starting this Friday the new afternoon class times are as follows:

3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm.  The 6am and Noon are still on the schedule 

It will take some time getting use to the :30 start time, so we'll continue to remind you guys throughout this week.

However, we will be adding a Sunday class starting this Sunday. There will  be an Open Gym from 11am-Noon after the Gymnastics class. During this time period, you may come in and stretch, make up a missed workout from the week, repeat a previous WOD, or make up your own. This will count as class for your membership weekly allotment 

Code 3 is having a competition this Saturday called "Old School". We have several members competing including Brian, Joe Mark Spalding (there may be a few others I'm missing)
