A message from Stacey:

Hello CFR ladies!  As you may know, our very own Coach Caitie and her husband Charles are expecting a baby girl this July.  I thought it would be fun to have a CrossFit Redondo baby shower for her, potluck-style.  Steph and Ryan have graciously allowed us to use the gym so it's convenient for all to attend.  

 

Here are the details:

Caitie is registered at Babies R Us and Target

 

Please RSVP to Stacey at staceysc@gmail.com by June 11 and let me know what you will be able to bring if you can join us.  Some ideas: brunch dish (egg casserole, breakfast meats, fruit, muffins/breads, etc.) juice, coffee, paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, silverware)
