10 Strict Pullups (weighted if possible)

50' Lid Drag

   EMOM 20

   1.  15/10 Cal Row

   2. 15 Wall Balls (20/14)

   3. 5 Tap N Go Power Snatches (115/75)

   4. 15 V-Ups

B. Rest 2 minutes then perform a single max set of pushups

   Gymnastics Class Tomorrow at 5pm

   Masters Class Tomorrow at 5pm

A note on the Master's/Beginner class. This class is for those above the age of 60, or those just beginning CrossFit. This is not a substitute for On Ramp or Elements, however if a beginner/master takes this class consistently they can eventually "test out" and start doing the regular CrossFit classes (if they would like to).
