Plan for tomorrow:

Meet at 9am for strategy and tips for 15.2

Heats will start at 9:45am. This workout is on the shorter side, so we should be all done by 11am

When everyone has done the WOD, we can stick around, have some beers from last week and play corn hole. We can order some food, more casual than last week

10 OH Squats (95/65)

10 Chest to Bar Pullups

3 Minute Cap:

2 Rounds:

12 OH Squats (95/65)

12 Chest to Bar Pullups

....and so on, adding 2 reps until the work cannot be completed in 3 minutes
