If you are not doing Open WOD 15.2 on Saturday, do it tomorrow

If you are doing Open WOD 15.2 on Saturday here is your plan:

A. OH Squat mobiltiy (keg stretch, squat hold w/ arm in the air, pass throughs etc)

B. From the floor, do 3 sets of 5-10 OH Squats (95/65). Get comfortable with the set up for the OH Squat. Clean to back, to OH, then squat? Power Snatch then squat? Snatch? During these sets, find a tempo that suits you and that you can sustain for multiple reps

C. Chest to Bar Pullups. Spend 10 minutes practicing getting singles, or if you have decent C to B's, practice cycling 3-4 reps with the most efficient kip possible. Also, practice doing 3-4 quick singles to simulate the fatigue point that will be reached during the WOD

D. Optional Conditioning: 

    2 Rounds:

    2 minute Row

   2 minute to Run 400m

   2 minute DU's

  1 minute top of ring hold
