A. 5 Sets of 50' Farmer's Carry (indoors)

    Build as heavy as possible. Each implements weighs 20lbs

B. 3 Rounds:

    10 Chest to Bar Pullups

    50' HS Walk or 5 Wall Walks

 

Hey Guys, we are receiving a lot of new equipment in the next few days. Some of it is replacing worn out equipment, and some is new and exciting. My goal is use nearly all of the gym's equipment budget on new and exciting stuff. In order to do that, we need to try and take extra good care of the rubber plates. Here's a quick guideline:

Never drop the following barbell arrangements:

10's or thin 15's on a Men's bar

25's with 5's or more of metal plates with a Mens bar  (105 or more without other rubber plate support)

10's with a Women's bar (55)

thin 15's plus metal plates (75)

A general rule to follow is don't overload metal plates with any arrangement. It stresses out the rubber plates and you don't want to be known as a plate hoarder!
