There will be a strict one hour time limit to finish the total. There will be a short dynamic group warm up and then right to business. If you need extra warm up, please arrive early to class and do your thing. A tip for getting through the total in a timely fashion: when nearing the end of your back squats, begin warming up the press. When nearing the end of your press, start getting the deadlift warmed up. Good luck!
