CrossFit Kids parents:

We will be leaving the gate open that leads to the back. Due to safety reasons, please walk your kids through the outside of the gym before and after class. Our main priority in implementing the CF Kids program is to keep the kids SAFE, and we want to make sure they are not walking through the gym during classes when there are weights being lifted, etc..

Holiday Hours:

We will have abbreviated hours during the holidays. We will post tonight and re-post as we get closer again.
