This picture was taken over 2 years ago at a Hope event at CFR. We are excited to announce Sean Lewis will be coaching some 6am classes on Fridays for us. Sean is an avid CrossFitter, triathlete and an accomplished CrossFit Judge. He's judged athletes at the Games and Regional level. More recently, Sean was one of 3 head judges for the Grid League. He's thrown out more no-reps than maybe anyone else, ever!

11am Naughty Food Pot Luck: this will be at the gym. In year's past people have brought donuts, mexican food, pizza, beer, cookies, pastries, etc. Don't be afraid to bring healthy food as well!
