10am Halloween WOD: costumes mandatory! Major burpee penalty for no costume

11am Naughty Food Pot Luck: this will be at the gym. In year's past people have brought donuts, mexican food, pizza, beer, cookies, pastries, etc. Don't be afraid to bring healthy food as well!
