Steph and I were really pleased with the Kevin Ogar Event and then the Potluck at Caitie Charles' afterwards. Congrats to new members Jon and Jamie for winning the corn hole tourney!

As a gym we raised $1281 for Kevin. The tshirts will be coming soon, we are even hoping to get a CFR Kettlebell on the sleeve! If you still want to donate, I will be mailing one big check to Kevin by the end of the week.

On a different note a lot of cool things have been happening around the gym. Many of you are working hard on goats and it's paying off. Joey L got his first muscle up yesterday after working tirelessly for the past month. Jess B got her first pull-up, Emily W has been a PRing machine with her front squat and Casey S has been improving dramatically on his OH Squats. Keep up the good work guys!
