Tomorrow will be the start of 2 different programs: goats and Open programming. The goats you need to worry about, the Open programming not so much, just be aware if you see certain movements more often than usual that's why. We will focus a little less on strength and a little more on building your engine. More on the Open later. Also, during the next couple months, there will not be an endurance class at 6pm on Mondays. This is because I want everyone in the gym to focus on improving their fitness for the Open. The endurance class will be back in mid March.
