B. Partner Wod: In teams of 3 complete: 1 mile run (Each person can only run 200 m at a time. If you are subbing rowing it is 250 m) 60 Deadlifts (175/125#) 60 pull-ups 60 Front rack lunges in place (115/75#) 1 mile run (Each person only running 200 m at a time)
*2 people resting while one is working for this whole wod. **1 bar per person (preferably per team). Change weights during the pull-ups.
