*After completing the first movement go back to 1 and begin adding a new movement each round. There are 12 rounds with one new movement each round. Round 1 is one DL, round 2 is 1 DL + 2 MU (or C2B), round 3 is 1 DL + 2 MU + 3 BJ's and so forth. Wod is complete when you finish 12 One armed DB TGU's.
