After a big weekend away it's usually difficult to get back in the flow of things. This weekend, I got out of my routine, drank too much, ate like a college freshman, and slept poorly. Monday's are the worst after those types of weekends. I would be lying if I said I wasn't dreading coming in the gym today, both as a coach and to do my own training. But, at the end of the day while on my drive home, I realized I would not want to do anything else, with anyone else, on any given day. Over 50 members came into the gym today, and each one of them made my day better; both with their attitude and their effort on the WOD. It's amazing how the perception of things can look glum, but once you arrive and get into it, you realize this is where you belong.
