We repeated the No Bread Baseline WOD 12.1 today after not seeing it for 9 months. For some it was the 2nd and even 3rd time completing the WOD. For others, it was their first experience with this cardio nightmare. Some PR'ed, some used heavier weight and a higher box, keeping their time close to their previous one, and some struggled, getting a slower time.

As the nutrition seminar month of August approaches, it's time to check in and see how you've been eating. If your performances in the gym seem to be plateauing or declining, diet is the first place to make an adjustment. Too much sugar, dairy, flour, gluten, chemicals, or alcohol can have devasting effects on your workouts.
