At midnight our 1st nutrition challenge of the year begins! This challenge is a great way to learn what clean eating can do for your well being, workouts, sleep and mood. Here are the goals for particpatiion in this challenge:

1. Keep a detailed food journal for the entire month

2. Eat dark leafy green vegetables everyday and in large amounts

3. Eat wild caught fish and grass fed meat products exclusively

4. Take your fish oil daily

5. Avoid sugar, refined grains, chemicals. alcohol and dairy
