ANNOUNCEMENTS:

There's a few of them, so bear with me!

1. Sign up for the CrosFit Games Open: https://games.crossfit.com/competition

-last year many were reluctant to sign up, but keep in mind all the workouts are done in the gym so it's just like another workout only you have a judge to count and validate your reps. The Open is a catalyst for improvement. Many who participated last year had breakthroughs in their double unders, toes to bar, snatch and pullups. More on this later!

2. There will be a schedule change starting next week:

-On Monday, a 7am class will added, so there will now be a 6am and 7am class on Mondays. On Wednesday, the 6am class will be REPLACED by a 7am class. Again, as of next week there will no longer be a 6am class on Wednesday, but there will be a 7am

3. This Saturday we will be practicing the muscle up
