This Saturday:

10am Kettlebell Clinic- learn different kettlebell movements from Lauren Gravatt. Emphasis on becoming more efficient with the swing, snatches, clean & jerks and other fun movements.

11am Free Saturday- bring a friend and look forward to a fun WOD!
