15 Air Squats
On Saturday September 8th we will have a muscle up clinic at 10am. If you are close to getting a muscle up, are working on doing multiple muscle ups, or just want to learn more about them, this will be a great chance to get better. After, we will do the CrossFit Total at 11am. That workout usually takes a little over an hour. Afterwards, you are encouraged to stay and have a couple of beers.
In the month of October, like last year there will be another NO Bread Challenge. This year will be a little different than last year. There will be a few new rules, more incentives, and a body fat test too. You will do a baseline workout on either the 28th, 29th, or 30th of September and then repeat the baseline on November 1st-ish. We will have a massive No-Bread Party on November 3rd which is a Saturday. Participation is mandatory!!
Starting in mid-September, the gym will be moving to Mind Body Online, which is an automated payment processing system. This will make the payment process much easier and you guys don't have to write checks every month. There will also be a small pricing increase at that time. In addition, we will have class sign-ups online, and then an Ipad in the gym that you can sign in on when you arrive. These changes will make the experience at the gym more efficient for everyone.
