We had an incredible feat go down at the gym today. Cathleen Mathes decided to do "Karen" for the second time in her CrossFit journey. The first time she completed this workout was in February. She used an 8lb medicine ball and her time was 19:35. Today, after 4 months of dedicated training, she completed the workout in 10:12...with a 14lb medicine ball! Cathleen has proved that consistency and hard work can accomplish amazing things!
