*each exercise is done for one minute, for max reps. Once the 5 movements are completed, a one minute rest occurs. Total reps is the score for this workout.

Notes on Tomorrow:

-the workouts will take place between 10am and Noon. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your heat.

-Every athlete will have a judge and counter, so if you want to help out with that, please come in earlier.

-At noonish we will switch gears and have our paleo potluck. Please bring a paleo-friendly dish.

-There will be some beer provided, but if you have a specific taste for certain beers, wine, jello shots, etc feel free to bring any alcohol you like. The food will be paleo, but the booze will not. Pick your battles!

-Friends, family, basically anyone is welcome! It will be a free Saturday format, with donations being encouraged but not required.

-If you would like to donate on-site, please bring your check book. We will have an ipad available for online donations too.

Tomorrow is the big day! I am so excited to open up the gym to family, friends and guests. This is an amazing cause and I could not be more proud of the way our community has rallied behind it. Tomorrow is not just another workout; it is a statement that we are behind the fight against childhood cancer. It is our small contribution both in sweat and pledges that may save a child from disease. "Hope" is a tough workout, but when you get tired, or want to rest, think of Kate Foster or a child you may know that has battled cancer. Our battle does not compare to the one they must fight everyday, but we can pay tribute to them with every ounce our bodies can give.
