Each movement is done for 1 minute. After all five movements are completed, a 1 minute rest occurs. This is a 3 round workout. Total reps is the score for this WOD.

 

This is the same WOD design for the CrossFit for Hope workout on June 9th, except the movements are different. Five minutes of work followed by one minute of rest for 3 rounds. This will be a good practice for the Hope workout.
