B. 12 Minute AMRAP:

9 Box Jumps (30"/24")

6 Deadlifts (235/145)

3 Handstand Pushups (45's + 15's stacked)

On June 9th CrossFit Redondo will do the CrossFit for Hope WOD. This will be an event, similar to the Open but it will also be a fundraiser. All donations for this event will go to St. Judes Children Hospital which specializes in treating children with cancer. Please go on the website below, sign up under our gym, and donate. Clear your calendar for Saturday morning because this is a great cause and it will be a fun event too!
