Nutrition Challenge Challenge
I plan on being very strict on my diet during the month of April. I am offering a challenge out to anyone who wants to accept: if you beat me in points during this challenge, I will do any workout you design for me (within some reason, it can't be "Run 100 Miles"). However, if I win you have to bring that friend/family member/co-worker that is on the fence about CrossFit in for a workout during the month of May. You can just let me know in person if you accept this challenge, and we'll talk more details then. I'm telling you guys, you better have your nutritional game face on if you want a piece!
