Performance(s) of the week: Go back 5 months ago, and you would a see a Karen time of around 10 minutes in Heather Beckman's journal. On Saturday, HBecks finished Karen in an impressive 6 minutes 30 seconds (the fastest of any gym member on 12.4). She then went on to finish all 90 double unders, a skill she has been practicing tirelessly for the past few months. With the same determination she has shown with the double unders, don't be surprised to see Heather getting that first muscle up any day now!

Other Notable Performances: Justin Leoff breezed through "Karen" and then knocked out his double unders with time to spare. He had a crack at a few muscle up attempts, nearly getting one, despite it being his first ever attempt. Dick Haynes was able to get 3 double unders after a very nice effort on "Karen". Son of Dick Haynes, Eric Haynes was able to grind out 4 muscle ups after his 240 reps.
