Performance(s) of the week: Rob Buckley reached the #165 bar with roughly 2.5 minutes left in the AMRAP. He was exhausted and his technique was fatigued. He did everything he could, but the bar just wasn't going up for him. This was Saturday. He then showed up on Sunday, determined to lift the #165 just once. He finished the #135 bar at a gym fastest 3 minutes to go. On his very first attempt, he cleared #165 for a good lift. He then did it again, and again, and again for a total of 64 reps. Rob had the motivation to come back into the gyn after a frustrating effort, to prove to himself that it could be done.

Other Notable Performances: Rob Buckley, Dahn Mathieu, and Skyler Harkins all hit snatch PR's by hitting #165. Stacey Graham PR'ed on her snatch by lifting the 100lb bar not once, bit 4 times! Kevin Lang, Dion Trieb, Frank Sabatasso, Mark Luzan, Mark Hickey, Jon Swift and Justin Leoff, all lifted the 135lb bar multiple times for a snatch PR. Katie Crawford and Stephanie Byrnes both had snatch PR's, getting the #75 bar up for the first time. Katie lifted it 4 times, while Steph was good for 26 reps!
