7 Minute AMRAP:

Many of you have asked me about strategy with attacking this workout. The pacing will be different for everyone. Some like to start out fast and slowly burn out and others pace the beginning while finishing strong. I believe both strategies are valid here. This is mental test, very low on technique and strategy. It tests your ability to suffer within a 7 minute time frame. My advice, push through the worst points and tune out mentally. Just work baby!
