All of the workouts this week are taken directly from the main website (crossfit.com). These workouts are very "CrossFit" meaning they are simple, yet effective. These are the type of workouts we will see in the Open. So, if your hate the workouts any more than normal, you can blame CrossFit and not me, for making your life miserable :).
