ANNOUNCEMENT: This Saturday, we will be doing the workout "Fight Gone Bad". There will be multiple heats (sign ups will determine how many) starting at 11am. I am hoping to get a large enough turn out so each athlete doing the workout has their own judge, who will serve as a rep counter and make sure standards are met. There will be a sign up sheet in the gym tomorrow. More than likely, there will also be beer at this event :)
