*Weight used for the PP and time will be recorded. There is a 12 minute cap. Burpees can be broken up between PP's in any manner you wish. 

 

ANNOUNCEMENT: This Saturday, January 28th we will do our workout at Lunada Bay Little League field in Palos Verdes. The workout will begin at 11:00 am and end around 12:30pm. We have a very fun workout planned. I encourage all members who can make it to be there!
