Workout of the Day: Aaron Brown- "Downtown Brown" did yesterday's workout under 20 minutes, having only been out of OnRamp for a few weeks. He has already shown great strides on his endurance and his pullups.

There will be a Kangen water demo at NOON this Saturday at the box. The gentleman doing the demo can answer all of your questions about the water, some of which I cannot. It is a very interesting demo, I highly encourage you guys to come check it out. It lasts for about 30-45 minutes. Please let me know if you can attend!
